To feed the data in Excel for GGE Biplot analysis using the GGEbiplot program for Windows, you can save your data in a .csv (comma-separated values) file format from Excel, then import this file into GGEbiplot for analysis.
After analyzing using the GGE bi-plot I could not get all of the entries and the environments in the graph. What shall I do?
Thank you in advance.

I recommend checking the index guide for GGEbiplot because you have all the information added on the page. For each link you will click, a new page will open with the corresponding instructions and images.
I believe this is the best way to obtain information and the necessary details so you can work properly.
Visit the following link to access the index page.
I can't see all the entries in the Biplot (only 7 genotypes of 72) although when I open the Excel file GGEbiplot recognizes 72 rows. Can you tell me where I'm wrong?

Look in the installation folder of this application to see the available help and documentation, because I didn't find anything on the web related to your inquiry. I've also found a page on the developers website called Biplot Analysis Instructions. The page contains all the necessary information about the analysis procedure and what needs to be done.
I suggest accessing the page of GGEbiplot to see the instructions I am talking about.
